Britain is blessed with lush natural assets capable of growing great food and England’s North West has some of the finest food producers in the land.
By sourcing our food from these producers, our menus enable you to enjoy produce in its prime, in the season when it’s meant to be enjoyed.
We don’t want to be constrained to certain categories, geographical regions or methods of cooking for our food. The only thing that is important is that local seasonal tastes good.
Unfortunately our climate does not allow us to produce everything we desire but when we are forced to go abroad, we remain focused on finding the best. Italian pasta and parmesan, extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemongrass and chili, Australian shiraz.
